Graham Pudding Dessert

My Meatless Monday is DESSERT!!!

I've had this recipe for a long time and rarely make it because too much is left for me and Jordan to eat.  It is perfect for crowds and is super easy to make!  Also, make this at least by noon, it needs to sit awhile just so the grahams are a little softened.

Ways to lighten it up.  Use skim milk - I did.  Use the light graham crackers - Jordan bought regular so that's what we used.  You can use light cool whip, but the calorie saving isn't much.  The kids LOVED this!

Ingredients:
1 box graham crackers
2 small boxes French Vanilla pudding
3 1/2 cups milk
2 8oz. containers cool whip

Spray a 9x13 pan and line sides and bottom with graham crackers.
There will probably be a little space at the bottom so just squeeze
some singles in there.

First mix your pudding and milk together and let it sit in the fridge for
5 min.  After it has set up, fold  in 1 container cool whip.

Pour 1/2 mixture over graham crackers.

Line with graham crackers.  I didn't fill in all the gaps because you'll
run out of enough graham crackers if you do.  You'll use all 3
little packages that are in the box.

Pour the rest of the pudding mixture and then line again with
graham crackers.  I did squeeze in some singles there because I
had enough.

Top with the other container of cool whip.

Enjoy the pudding/graham deliciousness!
